Inotecsol is a Ghanaian high-tech road construction company that leverages cost-effective and environmentally sound technologies to provide affordable innovative solutions to address roadway infrastructure challenges in Ghana.

To transform Ghana's roadway infrastructure and make it the best in Sub-Sahara Africa.



 Inotecsol’s Directors are professionals with decades of experience in engineering, construction, real estate, infrastructure, finance, new venture and business development and project management, working in Ghana and the United States. The Directors, who have known each other for over 30 years are passionate about our vision and work effectively and diligently to execute Inotecsol’s vision.



Mr. Blankson is the Chief Executive Officer of INOTECSOL. He is responsible for leading Inotecsol to execute its vision of leveraging clean and innovative technologies to construct durable and affordable roads and related infrastructure, creating jobs and helping to facilitate socio-economic development in Ghana.

He has over 20 years of experience in finance, banking, investments, infrastructure and new venture development and execution. Prior to spearheading the establishment of INOTECSOL, Mr. Blankson worked on Wall Street for JP Morgan, HSBC, Lehman Brothers and Pacific Investment Management Co. (PIMCO). In addition, he established and managed the corporate finance division of SATIG (boutique investment bank focused on Africa) to execute financing of infrastructure and real-estate projects as well as M & A deals. He successfully facilitated Contour Global’s bid to acquire a 330MW power plant and Dow Chemical’s initiative to develop the first chloro-alkali plant in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Mr. Blankson has a passion for leveraging cost-effective, clean and innovative technologies to facilitate affordable infrastructure development in Ghana (and West African region) in order to help promote socio-economic development.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Japanese Language from Middlebury College in Vermont, Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Diploma from the Groton School in Massachusetts.


Mr. Akwasi Sarfo Kantanka is the Managing Director of INOTECSOL, and drives the business development efforts and relationship management with regulators and the government.  He has over twenty-five (25) years experience which spans across both the private and public sectors, during which period his responsibilities have required sound judgment, critical thinking and decision making in business strategy, project management, client management and academia.

Prior to INOTECSOL, Mr. Sarfo Kantanka worked with HIT paper trading GMBH Austria, as the country manager. He also worked as the operations manager for IAS/FEDEX Ghana and founded Infinite Link Ventures, a marketing and business development consultancy. He has worked with and contributed to building brands like ECOBANK, Moneygram, State Insurance Company, SIC Life among others in Ghana. He is currently a faculty member at the University of Professional Studies, Accra.

Mr. Sarfo Kantanka has profiled over hundred business and thought leaders around the world to share knowledge in leadership, entrepreneurship and management on CHANGE MANAGERS, WOMEN TO WATCH  and BRANDS TV, programmes he conceived, produced and hosted on prime time TV in Ghana.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Publishing Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Master of Business Administration (Marketing) and Master of Philosophy  (Marketing) both from the University of Ghana Business School.

MR. Anthony (Tony) Osei

Mr. Anthony Osei (Tony) serves as Technical Advisor of Inotecsol, as of January 2019. Tony’s original association with Inotecsol began in 2018 when he occasionally advised the company on some key issues regarding roadway pavement design. 

Tony’s current role as a Technical Advisor to Inotecsol's upper management includes recommendation of design software for the company design team, selection of consultants who provide technical support for Inotecsol, reviewing interview questions for senior technical engineers and recommending training for engineers on Hydrologic and Hydraulic modeling - a field that is in its infancy in Ghana. Tony also provides review of project proposals to ensure technical accuracy.

He has over 23 years of engineering experience and brings to Inotecsol new approaches to solving technical and management challenges. Tony graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, with a bachelor’s in civil engineering and also holds an MBA from Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California.
